Custom and limited edition lighting has been a constant part of Fireart Glass since the early 1990s. Developing our own methods of mold making and deep bends, or slumps, has allowed us to produce large scale, single piece glass diffusers that are unique in the industry. Toward the end of the decade we began casting large thick slabs of glass for custom projects that led us to architectural work in tables, countertops, walls and dividers. Fine art is another integral part of Fireart. We fabricate for artists who either work in glass but do not have the capability to produce their designs, or who come from other disciplines and want to create in glass.
